Sleep will help you! Nightly sleep is critical for proper function of the brain, immune system, endocrine system, digestion, recovery from injury and restoration of health. All new patients in our office fill out a form with how many hours of sleep they typically get each night. This is because we know and understand how quality sleep is critical for good health. If you or someone you know has trouble shutting of their mind to fall asleep or can’t stay asleep to due to pain let us know, we love helping others on the road to better health and vitality.
According to an article online at Healthy People 2020, sleep disorders and chronic short sleep are associated with an increased risk of:

Heart disease
High blood pressure
Obesity
Diabetes
